Talitha Koum means “Little girl, arise,” a phrase that wakes up our hidden strengths. We believe that our meticulously prescribed, effective, and safe products specially designed to suit the needs of sensitive skin will help you find healthy vitality not only in the skin but also in your mind.
Yes, our products are free from all animal-derived ingredients and cruelty-free.
Most of our products are packaged in recycled plastic bottles with metal-free, mono-material plastic components for easy recycling. We believe that beauty experience comes in full harmony when design, formula, and safety needs are all met at once while having respect for our planet. Our face cream is packaged in a tube for formula protection and safe use for all families.
We made our products as clean as possible with safe ingredients that are globally sourced and certified. However, as with any skincare, it is best to follow your doctor’s guidance before use, if you are pregnant. Our products are recommended to use from age four to above.
30-36 months and 12 months upon opening. To maximize shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
We currently ship to the 50 United States.
It takes from 1 to 5 days depending on the type of shipping service you choose. We ship via US Postal Service or UPS.
All orders leave our facility in California within 1-2 business days. Please note: During the holidays, order processing times may take longer than expected.
You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email at info@talithakoum.com with the correct address. If your order has already shipped please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.
Products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet please email us with your order number and we will do our best to adjust the order for you.
Once the shipping is started, you are not able to cancel the order, and you have to return the products to us to get a refund. Please contact us at info@talithakoum.com, we will help you with the process.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
